Training is provided through classroom instruction, online training and satellite transmissions to our branch locations.

The university facility accommodates more than 100 students and is equipped with simulated training environments, including a model home with a partial basement, a bakery, grocery store, hospital room and restaurant kitchens. All training is closely monitored to ensure each employee’s compliance with state mandated educational and licensing requirements. Preparing Rollins managers for further success and career advancement through courses in areas such as management fundamentals, communications and problem solving.

Rollins University also offers correspondence courses for pest management certification, termite education, customer service skills, and pest control operations Texas A&M, Purdue University and The American Institute of Baking.
