Orkin University offers comprehensive training programs through the five colleges listed to the right. Training is provided to employees company-wide through classroom instruction, online training and satellite transmissions to our branch locations. 		The university facility itself accommodates over 100 students and is equipped with simulated training environments, including a model home with a partial basement, a bakery, grocery store, hospital room, and restaurant kitchens. And all training is monitored via an advanced tracking system that helps insure each employee’s compliance with state mandated educational and licensing requirements.

College of Service – provides our termite and pest control specialists with the skills and industry knowledge needed to provide safe and effective pest management.

College of Sales – equips our account managers with the skills and product information needed to conduct sales in a consultative manner, cultivate new business, and grow company sales.
College of Administration – helps employees to improve their customer service skills by providing instruction on a range of topics designed to assist them in understanding and meeting the needs of all our customers.

College of Management – prepares Orkin managers for further success and career advancement by 		offering courses in such areas as management fundamentals, communications, and problem solving.

College of Leadership – provides continual opportunities for the professional growth and development of career employees, so Orkin can maintain its reputation as an industry leader.



Orkin University also offers correspondence courses with Texas A&M, Purdue University, and The American Institute of Banking, including pest management certification, termite education, customer service skills, and pest control operations.
